Programs For Runners
The Strong Runner program has been designed specifically for runners of all abilities. In my 12 years of strength coaching experience everyone needs to work on areas such as mobility, movement form and balance. Runners are no exception - if your not sure where to start with mobility or strength training, this is for you!

Your Coach
Geno is a passionate runner with over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He is a degree qualified strength coach. Some of his memorable events include the Paihia 50k, Auckland Marathon, and The Goat. His current challenge is running his first 100K. When he isn't running or training others he is running after his five year old son.

This program is designed for the busy person in mind - progress can be made in just 15 minutes!
